fatal Error: ovcbase.dcu not found

I downloaded Orpheus by Turpo Power and installed it successfully, I think. The component ocvbase shows on the pallatte however when the compiler runs to "uses ovcbase", it throws out the error as in the title. If it shows on the pallett, how come the system can't find it?
