分享C++Builder的help中有奇怪的汉字,怎么回事?怎么办?
CB的help中有奇怪的“汉字”，如下：
This function draws cubic B閦ier curves by using the control points specified by the lppt parameter. The first curve is drawn from the current position to the third point by using the first two points as control points. For each subsequent curve, the function needs exactly three more points, and uses the ending point of the previous curve as the starting point for the next.
我下载的电子文档中也有这样的现象，如下：
GetStartupInfo(&StartupInfo);
int爊MainRetVal?爓WinMain(GetModuleHandle(NULL),燦ULL,爌szCommandLineUnicode,
牋?StartupInfo.dwFlags?amp;燬TARTF_USESHOWWINDOW)

我记的以前vc的msdn也是这样，怎么回事？是win98的bug吗？是不是非装个英文的win98才行？
