Help!!!怎样让IE自动注册OCX中的OCX

我在Activeform中使用了VTChart控件,deploy后在没有注册过VTChart
的机器上访问，IE不显示Activeform。后来我在Activeform的OnCreate
事件中用程序注册vcfi32.ocx，还是不成功,请教各位,怎样才能实现
ActiveForm和vtchart同时注册?

AspExec是能在asp中执行外部应用程序，用法如下：
