PHP or sql server高手请看过来（delphi开发）

做php那同事说在数据库里读图片太慢，要放到文件夹里。
(输入资料） (更新网上资料）
工作站A-------->商场sql server————>小区 sql server(internet服务）--->php做的网页
在工作站A输入商品的资料（图片jpg或者影象mov),更新到小区，easy.
但根据做php那同事的要求，要把图片放在小区服务器的/webshop/pictures/目录下
（如果是影象文件要放在/webshop/vidoes/目录下）。
请问怎样从工作站A处发出命令，把小区sql server服务器中图片字段的所有图片存放
在/webshop/pictures/目录下（成图片文件），同时名字由其它几个字段生成？
