如何定义WEB服务器才可以运行DLL？

我先试过IIS虽然我打开了目录的执行权限但是当运行DLL是仍然是下载或错误
然后又装上Apache但是仍是不能运行DLL，这是什么原因？请万万立该告诉我！我
已试的头上冒烟了！是不是该目录的运行权限不够？因该怎么改这个目录的权限

下面是apache的错误信息

你的ISAPI DLL是不是MFC的，因为Winnt4是不带MFC的运行库，所以你要把MFC以静态库的形式编译DLL，或者将MFC的动态联结库拷贝到系统目录下（仍然以MFC的动态联结库编译DLL）。

如果DLL是ISAPI的，在Apache下就不能用了。
