It isn't a simple problem? How to restore or rebuild SQL Server from Backup

When I use SQL Server, I found a problem about restore .
After the NT server have been Down, the Sql server is not whole as before and the Sql Server work unnormally. So I uninstall it and reinstall it.
After I have completed it , I restore the backup file. but I found it is not easy thing as I thought before. I must new the object of database .
Now the prolem is Whether it have a short way I could rebulid it quickly and easy.

我不知道你所说的是不是BACKUP FILE是不是用SQL SERVER的备份功能建立的数据库备份。如果是可以用数据恢复的方法实现数据库的重建。我用的是SQL SERVER6。5。
方法：
用SQL ENTERPRISE在数据库中建立与原数据库相同大小的数据和日志设备。然后用DATABASE->NEW功能，新建数据库，这时可选取LOAD复选框，指明数据库是由备份中恢复，这样可节省恢复时间。然后，选这个新数据库，用RESTORE，用ADD FILE指明你所保留的备份文件的位置。选RESTORE即可。

先建一个新的DATABASE对象（与你要恢复的那个同名，其它无关），在Enterprise Manager 中用你原来的BACKUP FILE 对其进行RESTORE操作，不要忘记选取Option中的FORCE RESTORE OVER EXISTING DATABASE。
