关于mpeg文件播放时的Seek问题

我在进行多媒体编程时，
将光盘文件DAT动态转换成MPG文件，
发现播放时，SEEK到文件的靠前面一段时，SEEK得很快，
但SEEK到较后面一段时，响应很慢（一般要等十几秒）。
感到非常不解，难道MPG文件有长度的限制。
我用的是ActiveMovie技术。

If u seek with specified time ,

I think u should record the TOC of MPG file at first,or u can calculate
the location in MPG file ,possiblely according bitrate,playback time per
frame,or system refence clock;
