关于apt-get install失败的问题？ 是我的源list设定的问题吗？

安装automake失败， 无论apt-get install automake或者加上fix－missing参数，都无法安装automake。

apt-get install automake失败提示：E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?
apt-get install automake --fix-missing失败提示：Failed to fetch http://ubuntu.cn99.com/ubuntu/pool/main ... -1_all.deb 500 ( The request was rejected by the HTTP filter. Contact your ISA Server administrator. )

由于用的公司的光纤，网管可能会屏蔽一些网站，上面的意思是不是指这个意思？
还是我的 /etc/apt/sources.list有问题？

再

肯定能上网，网速也不错
先编辑的/etc/apt/source.list， 然后肯定是sudo apt-get update
这些都肯定执行过的，用apt-get install安装大部分软件都很快，但是个别的，比如这个automake，每次都apt-get install失败

你你就去搜个deb包 下载下来用dpkg -i 包名 来安装不行么？
比如你这个网易的源里肯定有 自己找找http://mirrors.163.com/ubuntu/pool/main/a/automake1.9/

或者下载源码编译安装
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/automake/

谢谢回复， 可是很奇怪，http://mirrors.163.com/ubuntu/已经在我的source.list， 并且已经执行过update，为什么atp－get install 却搜不到
还有，
http://mirrors.163.com/ubuntu/pool/main/a/automake/这个目录我可以用浏览器打开，这里是automake 1。4的版本；
http://mirrors.163.com/ubuntu/pool/main/a/automake1.6/这个目录却打不开，其他的1.7, 1.8, 1.9的目录也打不开，

多谢steptodream的提醒，不指望apt－get了
在http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/automake/下了automake 1。6的源码
tar解压，
./configure
make
make install
ok了

http://mirrors.163.com/ubuntu/pool/main/a/automake1.6/这个目录却打不开，其他的1.7, 1.8, 1.9的目录也打不开，

我提示你看错误 可是你还是没有看。
所以你自己都打不开这些网址 那apt-get又如何能打开呢？
而apt-get出错的时候 已经给你很明显的错误提示了 所以我才问你的是否能上网
