科脉远望信息技术(北京)有限公司(Exmart Information Technology (Beijing) Ltd.,)的前身是SilverNet Ltd.，在04年作为欧洲公司的分公司，致力于在线数码照片冲印。目前公司的这部分业务已被惠普公司收购，公司名也在08年正式改为Exmart Ltd(北京科脉远望信息技术有限公司)，是中国第一批进入iPhone及Anroid开发市场的公司，当时的业务主要是欧美公司的智能手机平台的开发。目前，Exmart的业务伙伴遍及法国、瑞士、美国、加拿大、芬兰、荷兰，中东、南美等地区的公司也正在洽谈。
Exmart的欧洲分部设立在日内瓦，中国的团队设在北京，共20人。目前Exmart业务覆盖iPhone、Android、黑莓、J2ME等手机开发及iPad等平板电脑开发，SNS、电子商务网站开发和桌面应用开发等。
Exmart is a Hong-Kong based entity that was setup in 2008 as a Holding Company(Exmart was established in 2006 as a continuation of SilverNet Ltd., but Silvernet and its parent company, Silverwire Holdings, were acquired by Hewlett Packard in June 2006), Exmart has acquired a depth of experience in website, web software and mobile solutions development. Exmart's Beijing subsidiary also has extensive experience in all Internet related software programming, website development(E-commerce, SNS, Contents-Sharing and etc...), we are also very active in software for Smartphones, and can build application on all the main Smartphone platforms. Our many applications have reached the top of rankings of iPhone applications on the Apple App store in Europe, as well as other online stores for other Smartphone platforms.
