Who can tell me how to change one of my logical disk from NTFS volume to FAT32 volume?

Copy All the data to other drive, then delete NTFS drive, create another one, copy data back. :)

Although you can not transfer NTFS to FAT32 directly , but you can access NTFS from WIN 95/98 by installing NTFS for WIN 98 (http://www.winternals.com) . So then why should you transfer your NTFS.

if you want to write NTFS from WIN 98 , you must buy the STANDARD version of NTFS for WIN 98 , not the trial version ( read only ).

据我所知，即便是pdmagic也无法将NTFS转为FAT32，就算实现了，数据也不可避免的损失了。所以用NT自己将该分区DEL最好。
