Ⅲ. Roles & Responsibilities
Lead a baseband team to develop components and platform.
Drive development of block diagrams, schematics, and PCB layout.
Support product development team in phone product development.
Recruitment and build up team competence.
Responsible for quality and the approval of the delivery.
Make budget and equipment plan.
Review team performance and take actions to keep team motivated
Ⅳ. Qualification
2 years people management experience and 7 years experience in mobile industry.
Experience with new platform and components design.
Assert own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment from others; mobilize people to take action, using creative approaches to motivate others.
Can identify project risk, priories, take action to reduce risk and prevent risk.
Can have international travel.
Fluent in English.
