再手动把spfilerunmonit.org的processes改回了原来的150，就出现了osd-04012的错误

alter system set processes = 150 scope = spfile;
另外，你的代码里头有没有连接未释放的情况？可能是应用的问题。而不是配置的问题。

我看网上说大型数据库processes 150就可以了，我的数据库就那么小点数据，为什么会出现这种情况，是不是两个数据实例的原因啊？

嗯，我试过个了，不过我改的有点大了（2000），现在数据库启不来了，

看看是否超过了数据库允许的连接数，为什么用的不是连接池/？、？
select count(*) from v$process --当前的连接数
select value from v$parameter where name = 'processes' --数据库允许的最大连接数
修改最大连接数:
alter system set processes = 300 scope = spfile;
重启数据库:
shutdown immediate;
startup;
--查看当前有哪些用户正在使用数据
SELECT osuser, a.username,cpu_time/executions/1000000||'s', sql_fulltext,machine
from v$session a, v$sqlarea b
where a.sql_address =b.address order by cpu_time/executions desc;
select count(*) from v$process --当前的连接数
