有人知道IBM GDC GBS和IBM的GBS有什么区别吗?

稀里糊涂的面试,稀里糊涂的就过了,昨天拿到了一个口头offer,说最近要放假,流程走不动了.

我当时投的时候是GDC GBS,上网查了下,很疑惑网上说的是GBS和GDC是两个不同的部门,而且待遇差距很大....

但是给的口头offer的薪水又不象网上查到的GDC的薪水水平,给的还算可以吧,被分配到了BAO(业务分析与优化)里面去了.

所以就想问问这里的前辈看看有没有人知道.
如果有前辈能够指点指点,小弟感激不尽!

GDC貌似待遇比不上CDL、CSTL等。应该GBS比较好吧。GDC工作可能会比较辛苦，而且一些报销什么的、出差补贴等貌似不给力。（目前了解情况）

说的我心都凉了.....
武汉要了5K是不是太白菜了点.....

我也收到了，她给我安排的是武汉，不过我想回成都，她说要过一段时间，他问我要多少，我说差不多7.5K，她说差不多了。问一下，他给得了这么多嘛，还有就是GDC真的是网上说的那么烂吗？

楼主去GDC了没有呢，感觉怎样呢，我应届小硕，现在求职，也受到了同样职位的offer，楼主有什么建议没啊

GDC的待遇远不如GBS 传说，GBS和GDC的合同都不一样。

GDC 其实是 GBS 的下属部门，就 BU 分类来说，是没有 GDC 的，只有 GBS。待遇确实有不同，这个大家都已经提到了。
