上传文件时，文件名中带有#，上传后弹框显示url不存在，这个怎么解决？谢谢！

在管理中心的web应用程序里面 有一个常规设置 里面有一个设置，你看看更改下那个有没有效 那个设置叫 浏览器文件处理程序 默认是严格 还有一个许可选项
