File Extension UZY is created by a malicious software. .UZY file extension is a Backdoor.Sokacaps file – one of the dangerous and malicious files. When .UZY files exist in your computer, it can damage your app, files, or even systems. You can use the security software to protect your computers.
In addition to .UZY file extensions, there are other common dangerous and malicious files - .sop, .vba, .rhk, .SWF, .oar, .mjz, .osa, .WLPGINSTALL, .hsq, .xnt which you need also use security software to deal with them.
简而言之，UZY 是所谓“计算机病毒”在你的计算机中生成的后门文件。

不知道你是什么样的工程会有这样的文件，如果不是程序需要的相关文件，可以删除
