分享该系统找不到指定的文件，警告：程序集绑定关闭

看不懂是什么意思，我的结构是这样的，MDI父窗体，其他都是子窗体，然而只有Report.这个窗体会弹出这个错误并且窗体不能显示
在我电脑上可以正常， 但是在别人的电脑不能正常显示，包括XP系统（装了3.5SP1插件）和Win7系统

应该是.net版本的问题，

目前是这样设置后把COPY过来的控件放在程序目录下，不知道有没有更好的解决方法？浩洁 2014-05-12

是不是因为我这里面用了Chart控件的原因？要怎么解决？
