请教NBU备份AIX下的Sybase15.7报错问题

环境是AIX 7100-02，Sybase15.7，NBU装的是7.6.0.3，在单独一台windows上，各机器解析都相互PING过，都没问题，两台小机是做HACMP，要备份Sybase，用dump database SKP to "sybackup::"测试都不能成功，用策略更加不行了，搜了很久没找到解决方法，请教是哪里出错呢
