cognos定时发送邮件会失败

将cognos报表以邮件定时发送出去，设置的是每隔10分钟发送一次。但是发送失败，查看计划表时报错，报错：CM-REQ-4159 Content Manager returned an error in the response header. The error "cmAuthenticateFailed CM-CAM-4005 Unable to authenticate. Check your security directory server connection and confirm the credentials entered at login." can be found in the response SOAP header. CM-REQ-4342 An error occurred with the client.

但是手动运行计划表的话，就会发送成功了。

估计是软件设计的问题。。我用finereport挺顺手的，没出现这种问题啊。。。
