SQL server 2012 安装问题

如题，以前安装2014版本，打开setup.exe出现了控制台瞬间出现关闭的情况，然后...就什么都没有发生！
现在放弃了2014版本，安装2012，发现打开setup.exe还是同一情况，但是打开相对路径下的 \x86\LANDINGPAGE.exe 的时候出现了一个错误上图就是错误的简略信息
