Windows 10 SDK(10.0.26624.0) can't be installed in VS2015.

My ENV:
win 8.1 + VS2015 + windows 10 SDK

Windows 10 SDK ver:10.0.26624.0
VS2015 ver:14.0.23107.0 D14REL
.NET framework ver: 4.6.00081

win 10 sdk download URL:

Reproduced Steps:
1. VS2015 had been installed with my win 8.1 OS.
2. Then I downloaded the windows 10 sdk installer form above URL, when downalod finish ,then click it to install.
3. Then everything seem ok after the install process finish.
4. Start the VS2015 to develop one winphone applicaiton, but I can't find the windows phone template.
Even I can't find the SDK is installed from VS2015 -> Help -> About (Installed prtoduced info UI).

I don't know why? What 's wrong?
