我估计，你们两个组编译方法不一样，一个用maven，一个用eclipse导致的，也可能是jdk版本差异引起的 https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-compiler-plugin/compile-mojo.html maven 编译参数 debug缺省是true，这个也可能是原因

感谢！刚才做了修改，加上了：-Xms256M -Xmx512M -XX:PermSize=256m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m 现在服务器可以启动，但是以下错误信息依然回出现，以前是没有这些的

还是不行，我这太郁闷了，有时候能起来有时候起不来，起服务器正常需要30秒，有时候就这样一直刷错误信息刷1分多钟，然后起不来，为什么啊

你配置的内存越高，就是说编译的时候会先将代码放到内存中，然后再写到硬盘里，一直重复这个动作直到编译结束 项目要是很大的话，你要分配给他更大的内存，和栈的大小，要不总会出现溢出的情况

现在问题定位到了，直接Run运行的话没有问题，DUBUG就有问题，怎么办

-XX:PermSize=128M -XX:MaxPermSize=128m 永久代 你是否设置的太大了 你也要试试 对应的2个值 都设置成一样的。避免 虚拟机经常的扩展内存

初始化datasource的时候出现的栈溢出 仔细检查下。 试试：-Xms1024M -Xmx1024M 这2个值设置成一样 最好
