询问activemq关于nack的相关配置

python调用stomp协议来使用activemq的。stomp关于nack的解释如下：

NACK is the opposite of ACK. It is used to tell the server that the client did not consume the message.
The server can then either send the message to a different client, discard it, or put it in a dead letter queue.
The exact behavior is server specific.

activemq默认的是把nack退回去的消息放到DLQ队列里，我想问的是server端如何配置能够达到这里所说的"The server can then either send the message to a different client"
