Tomcat部署的时候出问题了

我的IDE是Intellij IDEA
下面是我的Project目录结构

我在开发环境下可以正常的访问

我想要部署到自己的服务器上，我把下面的这个目录都拷贝到服务器中我自己新建的目录了

这个目录下还有之前部署的一个小程序
