用vmhgfs-fuse .host:/ /mnt/hgfs挂载后需要超级用户才能ls hgfs

本机系统win10，虚拟机vm10.0.7,，linux版本Ubuntu16.04
一开始vmtool安装之后不能共享文件，按照网上乱七八糟的流程走了很多遍，终于找到一个可以挂载共享文件的命令

sudo vmhgfs-fuse .host:/ /mnt/hgfs

现在可以用，但是必须要进入超级用户模式，才能访问，普通用户显示如下

walent@ubuntu:/mnt$ ls
ls: cannot access 'hgfs': Permission denied
hgfs

进入超级用户之后查看和修改权限结果如下

root@ubuntu:/mnt# ls -l
total 5
dr-xr-xr-x 1 root root 4192 Nov 23 08:27 hgfs
root@ubuntu:/mnt# chmod 777 hgfs/
chmod: changing permissions of 'hgfs/': No such file or directory

有人知道要怎么处理么?
