openstack swift 集群不能同步文件信息

我在两台PC上安装了openstack swift，然后设置swift如下,在一台PC上使用openstack container create cname 建立container后，另外一台机器上openstack container list 不显示，但是查看实际存储的/srv/node/device1中，数据已经同步过来：

在运行一段时间（大约半小时），就只可以建立container，不能增加object了，增加的时候报错显示404错误

存储没有问题 ，只是不同步数据
