eclipse中classpath文件引入项目 报错

项目在eclipse中，.classpath文件引入了另一个项目，使用classpathentry，可是引进来之后，使用这个项目的某一个service，报错注入失败，提示，expected at least 1 bean which qualifies as autowire candidate for this dependency，意思是预计至少1 bean作为这种依赖性的自动装配的候选人资格。

各位大神怎么解释呀。

后来我就试着在classpathentry中使用了excluding去排除，可是依然报错，还是注入失败。
