主库日志传输通道报错ORA-01033

主库的log_archive_dest_2传输归档报错ora-01033：oracle initialization or shutdown in progress，整个部署参数的方式在测试环境没问题，为何上了正式就不行呢？

数据库没有 open，你检查一下。

不是没有open，是open不了，因为备库是刚从主库备份恢复过来的

重建了十几遍密码文件都过不去，坑 Error 1017 received logging on to the standby ------------------------------------------------------------ Check that the primary and standby are using a password file and remote_login_passwordfile is set to SHARED or EXCLUSIVE, and that the SYS password is same in the password files. returning error ORA-16191

可以了，原来备库的remote_login_passwordfile=EXCLUSIVE，这个EXCLUSIVE在主备两边需要大小写一致。
