安装MySQL服务无法启动怎么办，安装好久都安不上

之前安装过一次之后卸载了，之前一直报错可能是因为没有删干净，现在已经删过文件夹和注册表，应该没有残留的东西了，重启电脑之后还是显示无法启动程序，求大神帮忙解答一下接下来该怎么办....

CMD执行命令结果：
