问题解决了！ 不知道具体是什么原因：在设置mapperLocations的配置路径时value="classpath*:cn/ces/mapping/*.xml" （要在classpath后面加个*）

我出现了这种问题，找到原因后哭笑不得，我的原因是我没有配置tomcat的环境变量，出现同样问题的朋友们可以看看是不是这种原因。
