客户端connect失败(按照《Linux高性能服务器编程》中的代码写的)

我是c++网络编程初学者,按照《Linux高性能服务器编程》中的代码写了聊天室服务器和客户端,服务器启动后我调用客户端连接,但是connect失败了,想请教下大神为何connect失败麻烦各位大神了,代码如下:

对实际的ip port 先确保telnet ip port能通。
