asp无组件上传遇到奇怪现象，求大神解决

我的云服务器是server 2012 r2 64位的，IIS8.5。最近将以前一直运行稳定的一个网站迁移到这个云服务器，但迁移后有个文件上传模块一直不太好用，以前的服务器是WIN 2003 SERVER 32位的，使用的是upload_5xsoft，现在的现象是：
使用上传页面的时候，点上传，弹出选择文件的窗口，我要是上传html格式的文件，直接提示网页走丢了，刷新后提示对象不支持此属性或方法：upload.file ，我关闭弹出页，从新点上传并弹出上传页面，然后我上传了xls或者TXT格式的文件，上传成功，当我上传完XLS后，重新点上传，然后选择html格式文件，结果HTML格式文件也上传成功了，并且覆盖了之前上传的同名XLS文件，每次都是这样，不能先传HTML，只能先传个非html再传HTML，不知道这是什么原因造成的，各种BAIDU，都没有找到同类现象，看哪位大神能帮我解决一下？
