tomcat 启动之后报错

报错如下: 我在提示Server startup in 54323 ms之后就去访问localhost ,然后就直接告诉我停止tomcat失败. 我内存8G, 也按照网上的方法加大了eclispe使用内存, 请问各位这种报错是为啥啊?
