问题挺多啊 IO错误，读写失败，后台进程异常。。这是干啥着啊，异常掉电了？

应该是联机日志文件（C:\APP\ADMINISTRATOR\ORADATA\ORCL\REDO03.LOG）损坏了，网上找下“Oracle 联机日志文件损坏的几种场景和恢复方法”试试恢复下。
