你的host列表中有localhost条目吗？
另外是否在IE中声明了对于localhost不使用代理。

我是设了Proxy，但是应该跟这个没有关系,因为以前我也是设代理的，而且设置是一样，在我重装系统是可以的

是IE浏览器设置了proxy了吧？
