SQL 7.0's replication

I had already setup up a replication between Win98 & WinNT,Use snapshot and win98 push to winnt.but when the replication was started,there was something wrong with distribution service,Message is below
"Subscriber must be running in Per Seat(Named User) licensing mode to use this replication feature"
Please help me to resolve it,thanks for every expert.

That's a simple question. You just need simply set license of the WinNT SQL Server 7.0 as Per Seat. All will be OK!(Modify the License type in NT Management Tools)

The answer by Christy is right.And I will explain it.
SQL Server7.0 Desktop installtion is per seat by default,and SQL 7.0
Standby installtion is per server by default. the publication must be
running in per server when the subscriber is running in per server.and
the publication is not limited when the subscriber is running in per seat.
