Customer demand analysis

We used the NABCD model to analysis. "NABCD" model consists of the first letter of five words: need, approach, benefit, competitors and delivery. Through these five parts, the characteristics of the project can be clearly and concisely summarized. Through this model, we can better design our products.

1.Need

The Mid Autumn Festival Bobing culture is very popular in Southern Fujian. The Bobing custom in Southern Fujian pays attention to happiness and a good lottery. Most people are willing to believe that the person who is the number one in Bobing will always have good luck in a year. Of course, this is because people's emotional sustenance is poured into the Bobing activities, especially in Quanzhou and Xiamen. Therefore, people in Southern Fujian always pay special attention to the Mid Autumn Festival. However, due to the epidemic situation, many Bobing activities cannot be carried out offline. In order to meet the love of many people for Bobing,  the idea of online Bobing is put forward.

2.Approach

We decided to use wechat mini program to make a Bobing game, it is convenient and has a wide audience and we use MoDao software to make the cover.

3.Benefit

Make it easy for people to Bobing online and carry out Bobing activities anytime, anywhere, so that this activity can be more easily and widely spread.At the same time, when the epidemic has not been completely controlled, this design allows users to Bobing online with friends at home and respond to the national call.

4.Competitors

So far, there are few competitors for the online Mid Autumn Festival Bobing project. Firstly, there is no dominance or monopoly in this direction. Secondly, Bobing activities are only popular in Southern Fujian, with a relatively small spread range. Finally, many people feel that offline Bobing is more atmosphere.

5.Delivery

(1)We media and short video.We media and short video are now the most popular free promotion methods. With the help of the platform's recommendation algorithm, we can produce the corresponding content and trigger the demand users through high-quality content

(2)APP advertising: looking for app with larger browsing volume, including WeChat, QQ, jitter, tiktok, etc., with hundreds of millions of active people every day, so long as we identify the target audience, we will get a good result.

(3)Cooperate with merchants to give users some free benefits and publicize the advantages of this software.

Summary

From this experiment, I learned how to use Modao to make cover and optimize design, and how to add button jump and many other new skills. 
This pair of homework for us is a new form, we had no prior contact with such forms of cooperation, in the cooperation, we need to change roles, cooperate with each other, this form not only improved the efficiency of the operation, and the possible problems and differences can discuss and process for the first time, make the results more quality.
