关于打印预览与实际打印的问题？

请问各位高手，
如何设置Label字体的高度，以像素来设置，不是以pt的，
如字体大小为五号字，我要显示时，以五号字的高度或大小*120%
因为字号差一号，字体大小就差很多，所以想请问各位高手有没有解决的方法或代码。谢谢！
