Key Objectives
Instructor will teach public customer classes from the provided courseware, as well as deliver tailored on-site events encompassing diverse curriculum needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Instructor is expected to master new services, technology and internal processes shortly after their release, and prepare to deliver the corresponding curriculum to meet customer demand. Will use class evaluations and act upon data for continuous improvement of delivery methods.
2. Instructor will teach public customer classes from the provided courseware, as well as deliver tailored on-site events encompassing diverse curriculum needs; achieving quarterly utilization and quality targets.
3. Instructor will assist in expanding curriculum breadth to meet customer needs; work with managers to develop and execute action plans to improve quality of classroom instruction, and recommend improvement ideas to management in areas of facilities, products, and curriculum, and departmental collaboration.
4. Will also be expected to engage in special projects such as curriculum review, composition of custom courseware, and product testing for new releases.
5. Instructor must participate in monitoring work schedule to achieve targeted utilization; fulfill administrative and communication requirements in a timely manner.
6. Instructor will assist in setting up hardware and software for course delivery, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Education Center
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must
1. University or college degree and Oracle DBA OCP certification.
2. Minimum of 5 years DBA and/or consulting experience.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English as well.
4. Excellent presentation skills.
5. Customer focus.
6. Willingness to travel.
7. Team player.
for core technology instructor, we need him/her has experience in Oracle database or application server
Prefer
1. Good Industry Knowledge on Telecom, FSI , Utility or other industry
3. Master above degree preferred
4. Overseas study or working background preferred
