环境：
Linux 7.2En(8139)， win98SE(8029)
问题：
我在做squid的时候，按网上的缺省配置squid.conf(包括acl all 0.0.0.0/0 http_access allow all)，win98用root组的成员名凳录进网络，ie5设为用代理192.168.0.201:3128，总是会出现如下信息：
