如何在Visual Studio 2005的程序面板上加超级连接

我今天早上做了个题,不知道怎么在面板上加个超级连接
比如:运行的程序面板上有这样几个字"我的BLOG",我想象在网页中那样,点击"我的BLOG"后,就自动打开我的BLOG网页

但我的疑问又出来了
我试了下,有些连接打不开,比如本地连接,如果我想在程序里打开一个文件什么的,那又该怎么办呢?
请指教..........

我的方法貌似通用
比如
打开计算器

用记事本打开一个文本文件

不行啊
它总是报错:找不到类型或命名空间名称"Process"(是否缺少using指令或程序集引用?)

晕,原来是忘了写命名空间:using System.Diagnostics;
但是我在自己做的网页时却报错
比如:我做了个简单的网页放在C盘:C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\桌面\chuneng.htm
我把此地址放在p.StartInfo.FileName="C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\桌面\chuneng.htm"; 里面时,它报错:无法识别转义序列.
