你是不是装了超级结巴？
打开我的电脑，在菜单栏选择工具-〉文件夹选项-〉文件类型，找到VBS类型文件，确认高级选项中的命令与JS类型文件一致，如果不一致，问题就出在这里了，按JS文件类型的设置把VBS文件类型设置正确，然后reboot，OK!你可以正常使用了。或者怕麻烦，到微软网站down一个脚本引擎下来，重新安装一次，再重启动。

what is MST? you mean MTS? why do you need to install MTS separately? it is part of win2k (COM+)
something is wrong with your system, *.vbs should work with cscript.exe, it even works on NT4
