创建一个PostgreSQL数据库后，不能用pgaccess操作。

安装了PostgreSQL后，初始化数据，创建 mydb 数据库，准备用pgaccess操作，但是出现下列问题。

不太明白DISPLAY=<hostname>:0.0
里的0.0两个表示什么？端口号？那后面一个零表示什么？
