求助"An error occurred while attempting to initialize the Borland Database Engine (error $2108)"

本人在数据库方面真是个菜鸟，写了个程序在其他机器上运行时
出现如上错误，请问各位大侠怎么解决？（需要注册组件吗？）
我搜索到以前也有人提出同样的问题，但链接已丢失，请大家不吝
赐教！！

需要BDE支持，其他机器上没有装BDE
你需要作一个安装程序其中包括上BDE就可以了。
在Delphi的安装盘上有一个用于delphi的IS很简单装上看看就职到了

如果你用bde做数据库程序的话，必须制作成安装程序，且安装程序中要包括bde才能在其他的机器上运行。
BDE驱动程序
BDE是(BorlandDatabaseEngine)宝兰数据引擎的缩写。一、有以下两种情况请下载BDE驱动程序进行安装：1、An error occurred while attempting to initialize the Borland databse Engine ($2109).2、Not enough files handles too many open files.You may need to increase MAXFILEHANDLE Limit in IDAPI configuration File......二、使用注意事项： 请先将C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Borland Shared\\BDE的全部文件删除，然后重新安装BDE。
