WINNT4.0 报错误，ID为43 及3216

一、系统日志反映：事件ID：43 ；来源：Disk；类型：错误；种类：无
描述：
Crash dump is disabled! NT failed to initalize the partition paging file for crashdump. This may be because the system has more than 3.8GB of physical memory.
二、应用程序日志反映：
事件ID：3216 ；来源：REPLICATOR；类型：错误；种类：无
描述： 系统发生53错误。

该机器为HP的Lxpro，双CPU200M，很古老的机器；WINNT4.0 操作系统；C盘为FAT16，分有2GB空间。每次启动都报硬盘出错，好象是NTFS之类。作磁盘查错处理时，老报不能以独占方式来对硬盘处理。在安全模式也是报这样的错。
各位，请问如何处理，不要告诉我要重装机器。

本人详细记录下了启动时的出错信息：
Warning:Your drive may be corrupt,Please let AUTOCHK run.
Skipping AUTOCHK on a volume may lead to an unmountable volume.
Skipping AUTOCHK on a system drive may lead to unusable system.
AUTOCHK resume.
.....
Volume serail NO...
Probably non-windows NT disk.

系统自动选N，进入系统，机器的各种应用运行正常，只是开机出以上信息，且事件查看器里有错误信息。
试过在 NT 下运行AUTOCHK 但说不能在WIN NT下运行，在PC-DOS 下运行，也报不能在DOS 下运行。
用CHKDSK /F 在重启时，运行了，也报上面的错。CHKDSK 做了也无济于事。
硬伯方面，服务器换过电源，之后第二天，就出错了。

本人经高人指点，解决了ID43 的问题，但本人运行CHKDSK时出 ID41错。
系统日志：
来源：Disk，类型：错误，种类：无，事件ID：41，用户：N/A,
描述:
磁盘上的文件系统结构已毁坏并且不可用。 请运行带有标签「」的设备 \Device\Harddisk0\Partition3 上的 chkdsk 实用程序。

本人上了Microsoft 的网站，查不出来。再帮帮忙吧。

3216是说你的wins数据库不正确，你可以重装wins,或删除
The WINS database has an incorrect or missing entry for the import or export server
