是我的Weblogic不好用吗？

我的运行环境：win2000 ＋ weblogic6.1
我刚刚配置好时都好用，可重新启动机器后，用到数据库的页面就出现以下错误，我再重新安装weblogic后就好用了，谁能告诉我这是为什么？

Error 500--Internal Server Error

我感觉好象在我启动weblogic时就有错误，我启动时是这样的

用到什么数据库页面？这个页面上是否有问题？可以看看weblogic的command窗口，里面有详细的错误信息。
