求救，Apache能支持中文路径吗？如何做

难道只有取消浏览器的UTF8选项才能解决？我用的版本是Ver1.3.14

另外我的Apache在启动时（作为windows服务自动启动）在事件查看器中
有如下错误：
The Apache service named Apache reported the following error:

这该如何解决呢？

环境：windows2000 server + apache1.3.14 + tomcat3.2.2

偶觉得的确只有在客户端动手.
第二个错误没什么关系的,这是因为你的APACHE上次没有正常SHUTDOWN.

可它每次启动都有啊，而且重装了apache后还有：（

那是正常呀.你每次不先STOP APACHE就重启OR关机.肯定不行.
其实无所谓的啊,大家都是这么用...
