How to include head file?

there are three classes,and everyone have its own head file and
cpp file.define as following:

Class A
{ B b;
C c;
}

Class B
{ A a;
C c;
}
Class C
{
A a;
B b;
}

so how to declare and include the head file among the three class?

Impossible!
Because A contains C and C contains A again.
That result in nesting definition which is not allowed in C/C++.

更正：
上次说“C/C++不允许嵌套定义”，应该改为
“C/C++不允许递归定义”。

你的例子就是递归定义：A包含C，C又包含A，...
所以是不可能实现的。
