这段话其实没有交代该参数是干吗的，没有什么实际意义：
这个参数可以提高保留列表中可用内存的大小，但对不丛保留列表分配内存的用户没有影响。反过来说，也可以通过减小该数值来降低用户使用的保留列表内存的大小；
不管怎样，如果增大该值将增加共享池的大小，这将影响到操作系统中其他用户
随便翻译了一下
隐约记得根据richto的解释，该参数设置的内存是用来保留巨型sql的，或者存储过程什么的
