Unicode问题

有些下载的例程打开之后,build方式有:
win32 release
win32 debug
win32 unicode debug
win32 release debug
而我新建的工程的build方式只有:
win32 release
win32 debug
这是什么原因?应该如何创建一个unicode工程?
