开发时用了VC++和WinPcap，版权怎么处理？

是不是我加上他指定的“This product includes software developed by the Politecnico di Torino, and its contributors”后就可以发布了呢？

我想把WinPcap驱动让用户自已下载以避免纠纷，但显然我开发时用到了WinPcap的开发包，会不会有麻烦呢？
